Recently had a wedding ceremony there. Beautiful spot, lakefront camping. Staff were accomidating and a special thank you to Oliver who was so helpful. Guaranteed to catch pike if you have a boat. Great place for the family.

Not much of a beach. Lake had the blue / green algae. Line up for the Sani-dump was long. Fire wood was $9 a bundle!!! Lasted for about 2 hours. Play areas are nice and the paths are great. Sites them selves are large and private.

Campground is nice but the lake has a long time to recover as far as the fishing goes

I love this park! I've been there a few times. It's big, quiet, clean and off the beaten path. There's a lovely beach, boat launch and a huge grassy area for playing volleyball, badminton, soccer, etc. The hiking trails are superb and there is one trail that leads around the lake to a separate tenting campground. There are indoor hot showers and bathrooms available as well as firewood for sale. I highly recommend this beautiful park!

Best campsite around. Although they have dropped the backpack option for children . So Sad was a great attraction. Also since they contracted managment out grass is not kept well , volunteers hostests never come around anymore and greet or inform you of the attractions available or promote the birdwatching good fishing , walking and hiking.
